No advice and no advisory relationship

Everything published here — including the eligibility checker result, cost ranges and the listing roadmap — is general information about the SME IPO process. It is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or a recommendation to list, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account.

Using the checker or booking a call does not make you our client. An advisory relationship begins only when we and you sign a written engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities on both sides.

Accuracy of information

We prepare this site carefully, but eligibility norms, fees and exchange requirements change. SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, exchange circulars and Companies Act requirements as amended at the time of your filing will govern your transaction, not this website.
