Before, during and after listing day

End-to-end, or the stage you need. One team stays accountable across all three — so nothing falls between two vendors.

Stage 01 · Before listing

Pre-IPO readiness

Know where you stand before a single mandate is signed. Most of what delays a listing is visible months earlier — if someone looks.

  • Readiness audit against NSE Emerge and BSE SME norms, with the gaps written down
  • Gap closure plan: restated financials, related-party items, statutory clean-up
  • Corporate and capital structuring, including promoter holding and dilution
  • Equity story and valuation framing for the issue you actually want
  • Exchange selection — NSE Emerge or BSE SME — with the reasoning set out
  • A consolidated cost estimate before you commit to anything
Stage 02 · Listing

IPO execution

From DRHP to allotment, every intermediary on one plan — with a named owner for each milestone and one weekly status that covers all of them.

  • Intermediary selection: merchant banker, legal counsel, auditor, RTA, market maker, underwriter
  • Due diligence managed on your side of the table, not dropped on your CFO
  • DRHP drafting support and exchange approvals, with queries anticipated in the draft
  • Roadshows, anchor and HNI investor outreach, pricing discussions
  • Issue management through subscription, allotment and listing day
  • One weekly status; escalation when a milestone slips, not after
Stage 03 · After listing

Post-listing support

Listing day is only the start. The obligations run for years, and this is where most advisors have already moved on.

  • Market-making oversight for the mandatory period, with liquidity reviewed monthly
  • Investor relations and results communication, including the half-yearly cycle
  • Ongoing exchange and SEBI compliance calendar, filings tracked and reminded
  • Board and committee support as governance requirements step up
  • Mainboard migration planning when the numbers justify it
  • A quarterly review with the promoter, not just with the compliance officer
