Shikhar Capital is an IPO advisory firm. We assess readiness, structure the transaction, select and coordinate intermediaries, and stay with the company through listing and afterwards.

We are not a SEBI-registered merchant banker. IPO execution — including lead management of the issue, filing of the draft red herring prospectus and the activities reserved for registered intermediaries — is carried out by SEBI-registered intermediaries appointed for each mandate. The eligibility checker is indicative

The checker gives a first read based on the four answers you select. It is not an eligibility opinion, a due diligence exercise or a confirmation that any exchange will admit your company. A result of “IPO-ready” does not guarantee approval, and a result of “not yet” does not mean a listing is closed to you. Final eligibility is determined by the exchange against SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and its own listing norms, as amended, on the strength of your audited financials and documents.

We do not guarantee that a listing will be completed, that any amount will be raised, that a particular valuation will be achieved, or that a share will trade at any price after listing. An SME listing carries market, regulatory, compliance and reputational risks, and past mandates are not an indication of future results.

Cost bands, fee ranges, timelines, mandate counts and capital-raised figures shown on this site are illustrative and drawn from typical transactions. They vary with issue size, sector, the state of your financials and the intermediaries appointed. Your own consolidated estimate is prepared after the readiness assessment and is the only figure you should plan against.

NSE Emerge and BSE SME are platforms of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd respectively.
